I’m A Celebrity… South Africa is set to hit screens next week as a slew of former contestants battle to become the first I’m A Celeb: Legend.
The most iconic contestants from across the last two decades are taking part in the special series as Ant and Dec take the famous faces to South Africa for the edition. ITV has announced that Carol Vorderman, Paul Burrell, Jordan Banjo, Shaun Ryder, Helen Flanagan, Fatima Whitbread, Phil Tuffnel, Amir Khan, and Janice Dickinson are all heading into the jungle to begin with., though model Janice will be seen pulling out early due to injury.
It’s now been revealed that six more celebrities will also be heading to the campsite in a bid to take home the extra special title. Gillian McKeith, Dean Gaffney, Joe Swash, Andy Whyment, and Georgia Toffolo are set to make their way to the camp next week, according to The Sun.
While much about the series has been kept under wraps, Ant and Dec have previously teased what viewers can expect from the exciting series. “They’ve got to decide who does the Bush Tucker Trials and ultimately who leaves the show,” Ant explained.
“We have head-to-head Bush Tucker Trials, and the loser goes, so for them it is a far more brutal and a tougher experience than the first time around, and it has to be. We have to put them through it.”
There’s just a week to go until things kick off for I’m A Celebrity… South Africa, so let’s take a look at the latest batch of contestants…

Joe Swash won the eighth series of I’m A Celebrity in 2008. The EastEnders actor went onto host the spin-off series I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here, NOW! from 2009-2016. The show was later renamed I’m A Celebrity: Extra Camp, which Joe hosted until 2019.
Myleene Klass took part in the 2006 series of I’m A Celeb and finished in second place behind Matt Willis. Countdown legend Carol even speculated on her arrival: “My ideal campmate? Peter Andre is lovely, Myleene Klass — if we had the bikini Oscars she would win.”
Made In Chelsea star Georgia Toffolo won I’m A Celeb in 2017 beating Jamie Lomas and Iain Lee in the final.
The Scots presenter was a contestant on the 10th season of I’m A Celeb and had a tumultuous time on the show. Gillian went home in eighth place in the 2010 series.
Former EastEnders actor Dean Gaffney is returning to the jungle in a matter of days. The soap star took part in the 2006 series of the show and placed fifth.
Coronation Street star Andy Whyment took part in the 19th series of I’m A Celebrity. He made it to the final and placed second in the reality series losing out to fellow soap star Jaqueline Jossa.
